UPS provide the following programs of delivery: "UPS Express", "UPS Express Saver" and "UPS Standard".

"UPS Express"-delivery to nearly 70% of any European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Swiss business addresses (except of Cyprus, Estonia and Malta) in the next morning from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. at the latest, granting a guarantee of money repayment*. The delivery on the second working day until 12:00 a.m. to 90% of any USA business addresses and to any place of USA on the second working day granting a guarantee of money repayment*. The delivery of shipment in more than 200 countries takes place within 1-4 working days depending on the destination.

"UPS Express Saver"- delivery on the next working day to nearly all EU, Liechtenstein, Norway and Swiss business addresses granting a guarantee of money repayment*.

"UPS Standard"- a reliable delivery in the whole Europe (except of Cyprus and Malta), when a combination of speed and economy is needed. Delivery terms depend on the exact address and take 3-6 working days.

* For certain services and territories, UPS grants a guarantee of money repayment without any additional payments should a shipment (due to UPS’s fault) be delivered later than until the moment indicated according to a respective service.

Declared value payment for a shipment.
If a shipment is valued at more than the equivalent of the local currency of 100 US Dollars, and the sender wants to insure it additionally, a fee in the amount of 0,30 EUR is charged for each additional 29 EUR or part of this amount. The liability of UPS is limited to the approve losses not exceeding the declared amount.

Additional expenses:
Service of delivery to remote places and taking shipments from them. A list of remote places has been compiled according to countries and postal codes. For each shipment which is delivered to a remote location an additional fee of 0.35 EUR per kilogram, but not less than 17.4EUR, is charged.

Extra pay for fuel price change.
The extra pay for fuel price change is applied to all shipments adding 2,5% to the tariff price for "UPS Standard" service. This extra pay is reviewed on a monthly basis by UPS’s discretion.
